Elezioni delle rappresentanze nel Consiglio dell’Istituto di Scienze della Vita
Si comunica che con Provvedimento del Direttore di Istituto n. 676 del 21.10.2019 sono state indette le elezioni per il rinnovo delle rappresentanze elettive in Consiglio di Istituto, mandato triennale 2019/2022:
§ N. 2 rappresentanti del personale tecnico-amministrativo;
§ N. 2 rappresentanti del personale assegnista di ricerca e borsista;
§ N. 2 rappresentanti degli Allievi PhD;
Le elezioni si svolgeranno secondo la seguente articolazione:
- 28 e 29 ottobre 2019 - primo scrutinio (dalle 9.00 del 28 ottobre alle 12.00 del 29 ottobre)
- 07 e 08 novembre 2019 - eventuale secondo scrutinio (dalle 9.00 del 07 novembre alle 12.00 del giorno 08 novembre)
- 11 novembre 2019 - eventuale terzo scrutinio (dalle 9.00 alle 17.00)
Nella sezione allegati sono visibili gli elenchi suddivisi per categorie dell’elettorato attivo e passivo. Ciascun elettore può esprimere due preferenze.

Il voto è elettronico; si potrà votare cioè da qualsiasi postazione pc seguendo le istruzioni nella sezione allegati.
We inform you that with Decree of the Dean of Institute n. 676 of 21.10.2019 has been called the elections of the representatives of the following categories, three years term 2019/2022:
§ N. 2 representatives of the technical administrative staff;
§ N. 2 representatives of researchers fellows;
§ N. 2 representatives of PhD students;
The elections will take place according to the following calendar:
- 28 and 29 october 2019 - first ballot (from 9.00 am on 28 October to 12.00 on 29 October)
- 07 and 08 november 2019 - possible second ballot (from 9.00 am on 07 November to 12.00 on 08 November)
- 11 november 2019 - possible third ballot (from 9.00 to 17.00)
In the attachments section you can see the voters lists divided by categories. Each voter can express two preferences.

The vote is electronic: you can vote from any pc, following the instructions below:
To vote please log on to https://evote-srv.sssup.it/ with your santannapisa intranet credentials (generally the first letter of your name and your surname - example: j.smith - and your santannapisa email password).
The page https://evote-srv.sssup.it/ can also be accessed outside the School.
After your identification, the election process takes place in two steps:
1. Select the first name and last name of the person in the dedicated record and proceed to the preliminary poll;
2. The system displays the name inserted. To confirm, click on “confirm vote”. If you do not wish to confirm, click on “edit” to return to the insert page. Warning! Once Step 2 is completed, you cannot vote again.
Each vote will be kept separate from the voter’s identity and only the voter can see his/her candidate’s name by using the “confirmation number”.
